Important Notes
- Measure both feet and use the measurements of the larger foot.
- Your measured size should be close to the shoe size you normally wear.
- If there is a large difference, check your measuring method and measure again.
- Choose one size larger for high insteps or wide feet. For low insteps or narrow feet, consider one size smaller.
How to Measure Your Feet
For the most accurate measurement, wear the type of socks you normally plan to wear with the shoes.
- Stand upright with both feet parallel. Do not measure while sitting or crouching.
- Distribute your weight evenly across both feet.
- Measure from the back of your heel to the tip of your longest toe to determine your foot length.
- Wrap a measuring tape around the widest part of your foot to determine your foot girth.
